It is very bad that they do not have a direct telephone line since in the call center they do not know that each branch manages its own agenda, I required an ultrasound, I went before 7 am to be one of the first and it turns out that they have a separate agenda and there was no time available Until 11 am, if the call center had informed me, I don't waste my time that day.

They maintain a service of excellent level of care and cleanliness, but they do not respect the prices they give you by phone and they never tell you that the phone number that goes out to the Rafael Cuervo branch is really the call center in Mexico City, and that the prices that they indicate you are those that handle in this last entity. In such a way that the prenuptial exams that quoted me by phone at $ 235.00 per person (p / p), actually came out to $ 370 (and something) pesos p / p. By the way, El Chopo laboratory does NOT issue medical certificates that accompany pre-nuptial exams, so in the end it would have been better to go to Similar Laboratories, where the exams were at $ 328.00 p / p and they do issue you the medical certificate.
