Zero stars. The most HORRIBLE HOTEL EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. Bedsheets with stains and smelly towels. NO front desk service since there is only one person who is the owner named Solomon. Cannot believe this is a 4 star hotel. He says his staff replaced the sheets but they were the EXACT SAME WITH IDENTICAL STAINS.

Amazing Hotel, Excellent Quality. Solomon (Shlomo) was an excellent host/manager - Zoa is a beautiful place to stay in nature. Lots of Activities can be arranged, beds are comfortable. Meals are excellent and most importantly fresh. We had a couple of meals in town but decided the food was way better in the hotel restaraunt. I want to add because someone says the beaches are not for swimming this is not true. There are 2 neighbouring beaches and Zipolite is a short taxi drive. The beach at the bottom of ZOA is not for swimming, but the beaches are a short walk away. So many places to lounge and sunbathe, sit it in hammocks and take in the day. Thank you again to the great staff. Lastly this place is as good as a 5 star hotel, much better than some 5 stars I have actually stayed in. Daniel and Liora

Incredibly disappointed with this hotel. I had to cancel my booking (over a month before the stay) due to medical reasons. I told the staff I had a letter stating I’m unable to travel. The hotel has refused to refund me anything at all. All other hotels booked for my trip have given me full refunds. The Zoa Hotel should review its policies. If people have to cancel through no fault of their own, they should treat them with respect and offer a refund. At present, this is a terrible example of customer service.

The staff is wonderful and very attentive and helpful. Family vibe here, as we met the children of some staff members and we're befriended by sibling cats who live on site. We loved it all. A wonderful place to relax, eat like a king, snorkel and swim at your own private beach, and watch beautiful sunrises.

Wonderful and relaxing place with great views and an absolutely outstanding restaurant. We couldn't use use the beach because the sea was too dangerous, but the personnel was very helpful to let us know about another that was very close, and what places we could visit that were between a short walk. I highly recommend it to relax and enjoy the wonderful garden as well!
