Sadly it is a reality, bus services or terminals do not have customer service, tried to call 20 bus terminals and none have answered, what a shame :( very bad service and the damn government is at fault:

There are no chewing gums. It is complicated since they do not receive card payments, the closest ATM is a bancomer and sometimes they do not have cash. The food that is nearby is tacos, there is only one ADO truck and the rest are a little old trucks. Delays on departure is common.
