Edition .... 3 - February - 2021 After the publication, Gustavo Ruiz, the branch manager, contacted me, explained the situation and gave me a deadline for delivery, which improved my perspective of the store. Today they delivered the product. They have an opportunity area in the follow-up of orders and information for the client, but I am satisfied with the result. ------------------------ 6 - January - 2021 BAD SERVICE, I made a purchase 5 weeks ago and I am still waiting to be contacted to make the delivery. When I speak to the branch they only say that their period is 6 weeks and if it is not delivered in that time they will contact you to give you another date, in addition to this they tell you that they have a policy of No refund of money only on merchandise. I do not recommend the place and I am merely waiting for the aforementioned period to end to involve Profeco or file a lawsuit for fraud which my lawyer advises.
