When they answered my phone at the address of the civil registry, because I requested a digitalization of my birth certificate, they sent me to an extension where I was not lying 65mins until I got tired and re-dialed that of the address but magically I was already Out of service, there is no place to say that you can digitize a birth certificate, what courage!

It is an institution shame. And as other reviewers say, they NEVER answer the phone. Terrible service!!
