Has anyone been seen in gynecology with Dr. José Perales? And what was your experience please

Terrible service since we arrived to check in. It took hours. I had my operation planned at 8:30 AM. I arrived at 7:30 AM and it took 3 hours later to tell me how much the deposit was. It was a live show and I was coming. In charge I had already spoken 3 times and they never wanted to give it to me and my Neurosurgeon had told me that telling him that only 3 hours and what kind of surgery and not going to be in intensive care had to give it to me. Well, they had already given it to me in San José and Muguerza. And after going back and forth and my husband had already signed a blank promissory note, they asked me for 350,000 deposit when in San José and Muguerza they had asked me 170,000, but since my Dr. was there, my husband signed them. After that, they already changed me to prepare me to go to the Operating Room all very dirty and nothing as I had thought after the Operating Room as a very large and frozen Winery. And already at 11:45 finally after 4 hours my expected Dr. for me. Already leaving the Operating Room I told them that I was dying of cold and when they felt like it they gave me a blanket. And then he began to vomit pure bile and the nurse as if nothing I asked for help to clean me and when he felt like it he came badly. And I had all the vomit to my nose and never cleaned myself well. After that recovery, 3 ladies took me and on the stretcher they brought me as an animal when they put me in the elevator they hit the stretcher very hard and then when they were going to pass me to bed between 3 they passed me and even more than I told them that favor they came more to help me because I had Column surgery they didn't care, they hurt me a lot and I started to bleed a lot and then to change the sheet and my dressing gown treated me like an animal to change me already pure pulling and they hurt me a lot and I was bleeding and I asked to speak with the head nurse and that I was not there and not even have there just one nurse supervisor who told her about the treatment and how I had bled for the abuse because in recovery I was there for 2 hours and never blood and with my Column operation that I They had given and it was worth it. They never came to apologize. My Dr. also left instructions for my diet and what I could do and what not and I think they lost it because I told them to bring me food and raise my bed and they didn't want to do anything. Until I spoke to my Dr. and he gave them the instructions again. I do not recommend this Hospital at all if you do not want to live a nightmare like mine. Hopefully the Directors do something and pay more attention. I imagine that nobody complains about why they treat patients so badly. I have always heard that the insurance treat badly but here they treated me lousy.

Of the best in the medical issue in downtown Monterrey, spacious, modern and functional facilities, it would lack a larger pharmacy, good care of the protection and reception staff always willing to help visitors by providing all the necessary information with excellent treatment .

I consider very unprofessional and rude by Dr. Ballesteros to consider that his time is more important and valuable than that of his patients. Wait 1 hour and Dr. never arrived. Maybe 1 hr is not much but I consider that when making an appointment you must respect the times of each person.

Excellent attention, first class facilities, comfortable waiting rooms, modern, clean and comfortable bathrooms; fast and functional elevators; spacious and beautifully decorated offices. All the staff are very friendly. Parking is very accessible, as it is located on one of the main avenues of the city.
