They constantly harass and do not respect dates .. you notify them of payment for X days and they want to charge 3-4 days before ... two years paying without fail and the first time you get Terrazas they already want to cancel your credit ... personal unemployment insurance that they buy ??? If they are not going to enforce it ?!

Do not make small deals with them and they no longer answer after the agreement they reach, I am already consulting to file a complaint in the condusef, the good thing is that I have recorded calls and names of those who call themselves lawyers to proceed with the complaint

Pedantic despotic people dial the wrong number and say that they cannot do anything to modify it and that as a legal person they must know that it is harassment. They are inept people and without the slightest sense of logic.

I have tried to contact a representative for their phone number, page, chat and email for 3 days, but no one answers. In chat they are always out of service, the page does not work in the Contact section, the answering machine of the telephone numbers given on your page indicates that they cannot process the call every time, emails are not answered. Apparently they don't have someone for customer service.
