Estafeta

Terrible phone service, impossible to talk to a person. They do not publish local office phone numbers. The courier put in the system "address not found" what is a lie, they never delivered the package! DHL, Fedex, UPS, Express Packet and small couriers deliver packages to me without problem. Packages arrive from China and it turns out that Estafeta could not find the address. I had to travel from another municipality to look for the package to the nearest office, because the tracking system indicated that it was supposedly in the office, only to be told that they returned my package without notifying me.
