Excellent place to live in has amazing view very well kept golf course just outside of the houses and this makes it a very comfortable sport to practice. Security is very good and for what I can say neighboors are very friendly and keep their home clean and tudy which makes the whole place look very nice. Houses that are vuilt there are pretty fancy and generally makes the place look fresh. I would reccomend this place if you were looking to move in to a place near Monterrey eventhough it's not cheap Whatsoever, non the less it is well worth the money since it looks like the value of terain i that place will only grow so investments will be paid back.
