Very good attention, the furniture that is unique has excellent prices. They need to put advertising in red to announce sales. People who enter and do not ask, see a price and it is very high. They do not know that after the discount it is almost 50% less

I went to buy a dining room and they couldn't charge me with the terminal, I had to come back the next day. One of the chairs was broken. It was definitely a lousy shopping experience.

With a bad experience, I bought a console, which is for 2 months and until today they have NOT delivered it to me, the person in charge of the branch only brings me back and forth telling me that they are going to talk to me, I talk to the phone they have and they do not answer me, much less the emails. I have asked for advice on their pages that are advertised and in the same way they do not solve anything. I JUST HOPE FOR MY MONEY BACK. Because it was a bad experience to buy with you.

Very unpleasant my purchase in that place. I have been 2 months and they have not delivered anything. In fact, the store breaks down and they don't answer on the phone lines and when they talk to you they tell you that the distributor is going to contact you and they haven't. I consider joining the dissatisfied and raising our complaint to PROFECO for the return of our money. It alarms me that there are those who already have up to six months.
