Terrible service they serve you with faces and reluctantly, they remain to call you formally and they never do, they put pure pretexts unrelated to their service.

The service received was AWFUL I do not recommend it at all. The tentative time of delivery of the vehicle was ridiculous (the accident was at the end of August 2020 and they intended to deliver in January of the following year 2021), I was channeled through the Insurance Company, when doing the revision of the vehicle and the budget did not include important damaged parts. I requested a second revision and that the vehicle be repaired on my own with payment of damages and somehow they inflated the budget including parts that were not damaged to exchange for new ones to send it to total loss. Fortunately I complained, the insurance company did not allow it, I recovered my vehicle and repaired it on my own with a budget according to what the insurance company handled.

Since October 15, my motorcycle entered and to date the time has not come for them to deliver it to me. Bad service, they shield themselves with the fact that they handle original parts and their supplier has not supplied them. For me I would give them less 20 stars
