Many people go through paperwork that they should be able to do remotely. They follow general security protocols but the same people are not respectful (they go as a family, they talk without covering their mouths, they do not keep their distance). The care personnel do not have all the tools at hand and they have to be leaving for documents, stamps or signatures and they are in very limited places.
