Today a few hours ago I ordered a medication at home, everything in order and at 2 hours I called to see if they could bring it to me and if they answered but they left me waiting, this happened 2 times and the third time I marked since 5 hours had passed. I asked for it, they answered that this medicine did not arrive at home, it is obvious that I asked for it because I can not go out but because I had already passed the hour and the last time I asked for the same thing, I asked at night and they brought it to me. another day at 11. I understand that they are busy but I implore that they understand that the medicine I asked for because I need it and they just forget it or don't know so whoever reads this I recommend being very specific with your order and constantly checking to see if they did not forget.
