The day of the purchase went smoothly but delivery and customer service have left much to be desired. They were in a delivery Thursday from 8am to 5pm, I had to take a vacation day from the office to receive it ... the whole day passes and nothing at 4:30 pm I get a customer service call saying no they can go to the fractionation because they do not bring identifications. Marco to security and they indicate to me that what happened was that there were two people hidden in the back of the truck that did not register at the entrance, so they took it as a bad sign and told me that they cannot go to the subdivision. I call and ask that they find a solution so that the delivery is made that same day as it urges me and I cannot take another day on vacation, they tell me that "it will be complicated" but that they will let me know. Time passes and I do not receive any calls, I call a service and a different person answers me, I ask about the status of my delivery and they say no, it is a fact that they do not deliver that day that has to be re-scheduled the next day (today). No proposal to solve on your part ... I ask that if you can schedule the delivery early in the day because I do not want to waste another day on vacation, they say no ... I ask that if at least you can be the morning schedule to wait and go straight to the office ... and neither, but they will do the best they can (I believe giving me the plane). Later they mark me to say that it is a fact that it will not be in the morning but in the afternoon ... and I didn't even have to take another holiday day to receive the delivery. It's 3:41 pm and I'm still waiting, I checked because they hadn't marked me to tell me when they think they are going (as they usually do) and they don't know the status of my delivery. I mark directly the lady who sold the product to me and she does manage to get me marked and given information. It turns out that they are supposed to arrive at 5pm (exactly the time they later perform) and that is to see if it is true. Not only did they make a mistake, I can understand what happens, but they were unable to try to amend it and now it seems that because I got upset yesterday, now they are even trying to make me wait as much as possible ... I say for me to learn my lesson and the other I kept quiet and did not complain. Literally, the only one who did her job well was the lady at the branch that sold me the product ... all the other zero desire to do her job or help. Update: They just called me to say that they actually arrive at 5:40 pm and not at 5pm ... it seems like a joke.

I love moblum interlomas, there are things super parents. The only thing I do not like is that they charge to take the furniture to your home 😔, they should omit that charge. From then on everything is very good and I like the attention of the kids.
