Gray Line Cancún-Yucatán

Their phone lines were down so I was unable to reschedule my booking as needed. Find a more reliable mode of transportation. Would not recommend.

Gray line was amazing. they were waiting for us with our name on the board. Our other passengers on our shared transport arrived shortly after. The ride was smooth, air conditioned and he drove safely. I would highly recommend them. They are also really affordable. 2 people for $54 USD.

This is my second year of booking an excursion through Grayline and once again I was not disappointed. My first tour I had the pleasure of having Mauricio, who made such an impression, I had to rebook with the company. I created my own tour with the help of Roberto, who was extremely helpful and professional! To my surprise the day of the tour Mauricio was our tour guide. He is beyond amazing! He is extremely personable, professional, knowledgeable and made our day trip memorable! He literally made sure he took us to the best places for our “instagram pictures” made sure we were hydrated, ate and understood the beauty and culture of Mexico. I can not wait to come back in 2020! My tour was 12/8/2019 and we are still talking about it! I can’t rave enough how much we loved Mauricio!!!

Carlos Solis was our guide December 5 for Chichen Itza tour. Comfortable car, punctual driver, ok guide (English could be improved), and well organized tour. We particularly liked the planetarium, the snacks and drinks at Mayaland, and the sound and light show projected on the castle. We liked less the nighttime walk around the other structures and temples, and the baguette sandwich in the trip home was unnecessary. We were too tired to enjoy it. Carlos was a cautious driver and we felt very at ease with him.

My boyfriend and I did the Chichén Itzá private tour. We were picked up on time by our driver, Samuel Aburto. He was very friendly and shared a lot of knowledge about the area: the history of Yucatán and surrounding states, well-known and less well-known tourist attractions, etc. He gave a lot of advice as to how to make the most of our time in Mexico. We arrived at our destination in a timely manner. We appreciated his professionalism and he made us feel very welcome and comfortable!
