It is a shame that a company with the infrastructure, coverage and definition of processes that they have provides such a slow and terrible service. 10 or more boxes but with a single cashier attending and the rest of the staff talking, accommodating product, making records in their system. They do not care that we were trained more than 8 people to think about serving customers first !!!! It really hurts.

The attitude of the employees is unfriendly, they are despotic and rude. I went to buy my medicines and my mother was also. They didn't let me pass in any way. My mom went for her medications and I went for mine. I made a tremendous line so that finally they would not let me pass. Until my mom left the pharmacy and had to queue again. The young man was very rude. It is not worth it because one goes to their stores to buy not to ask for a gift. I never go back to that pharmacy.
