This was my experience: 3 people in the business and only 1 lady serving a "complicated" customer for more than 20 minutes, I was trained, waiting for them to finish serving the customer who was before me. After 20 minutes I asked a person (a bad-faced bald man) if someone else could attend me, who was only going to carry a product and I showed him the box of the product he was looking for, he did not even see the product and told me that he had to wait for mrs. Later, a white-haired man who was previously putting things away, kindly took the initiative, searched his inventory and told me that the product was not available. (This one did have a service attitude) I had not been to that pharmacy for a long time and it was precisely because of the service, before there were more staff and none with a service attitude, there was always only one person attending and the others accommodating.

Terrible, what follows the service always in this pharmacy, they have no service attitude or speed or anything
