There is a supervisor here who takes the people she knows and puts them ahead of everyone. She was originally from the Tlalnepantla office. She was rude and did not have her office up and running like it should have been. However, the 3 stars would have been 5 if Lic. Ana Miranda would have been taking care of us from the start. Ana was absolutely wonderful explaining to us how she would proceed. However, for the Director of this office...you really need to get the office in order. The customer service should be much better, even with Corona virus your staff really need to learn how to treat people and do their jobs. Half have no clue what they are doing, 1/4 are beyond rude and simply refuse to act sensible and 1/4 are fabulous. There should never be rude people in positions of power when it comes to departments like this.

Bringing the documentation, everything is fast and the staff attentive, you have to arrive at a good time, they attend by arrival time.

For now they only attend to fingerprints and appointments confirmed by e-mail, they ask you for the printed document to enter, if it is the first time you come to this site, keep in mind the following: there are no mothers in the nearby surroundings, bring spare copies, photos as best taken as possible, and come fed, (they sell food outside), and there are also bathrooms, there is where to park and safe, there are taxis outside but they are stained with the fare so that they take it into account (take data and ask for Uber), the attention in our experience was good and friendly.

Taxis charge $ 60 pesos one way or return, but you can take public transport that charges $ 12 pesos. From the Terminal de Toluca you have to walk towards Avenida Paseo Tollocan and cross on the other side, there a green truck passes that says Centro Cultural San Buenavista and approximately 18 minutes get off at the San Antonio de Padua parish and from there they are like blocks. On the way back, walk towards the parish and take a green or red truck that says Terminal or Centro and get off at Av, Tollocan, at the bridge.
