They took some shelves to touch up, because they damaged them when they were installed, and they promised to deliver them in a couple of days but it took 15 days. They agreed to "compensate" for the inconveniences and a month has passed and we don't know anything about them. Preferable to look for another option.

Very attentive but incompetent service. We chose them since they had the best material / delivery time ratio with the information they gave us on our first visit, after that they were pure lengths and excuses for not delivering us in the initially agreed time. Little seriousness in the last step of the process which is the delivery, they still give us POSSIBLE delivery date, not actual date.

Something that I considered when doing the supplier evaluation for a kitchen was the delivery time, and when I went through the sales process the sales consultant told me that the time that passed from the signing of the contract and the delivery was one month . Finally after the first payment, I was able to sign the contract and until that moment I could read that the delivery and installation was done in 35 to 45 business days from that moment. Despite my disagreement, I was patient and when the project was settled, the contract indicates that it must be installed a maximum of 8 days after this payment, they scheduled me 2 weeks after delivery I expressed my disagreement and fortunately the director of the company contacted us to ensure delivery, although not the time that the seller had talked with us before signing the contract at least on the closest possible date and it happened. After this incident, they promptly followed up on our case to ensure our satisfaction. The entire purchase process takes 1 month and a week. I would have liked to know before deciding because in my case it was one of the priorities to consider when evaluating suppliers.
