If you have any fault in your house, you should know that it takes a long time to make your guarantees valid, they have been building the multiple room and swimming lane for more than 1 year, but that does build entire subdivisions in 3 months (what does not leave money?) And to top it off, they are going to build gigantic industrial buildings in front of the subdivision as if the cobbled road that we have to endure and that damages our cars is not enough just because a family that does not even live there decided to put as a condition for sale. So decide well.

Be careful when buying, there is no water well, in the guarantees you have to fight to make them effective, the public lighting always has failures, they promise a clubhouse and I have lived 2 years and they never deliver it and others are insufficient for the amount of houses
