The service in store is very good 🎖️✨ but do not make sections by phone or deposits in advance 👎 because if you want to make any cancellation or change they want to force you to pay a commission of 20% of your deposit even when it is due to non-compliance with them 🤨 you want to make a payment with a card💳 👎 you must also pay a commission, even though the purchases that you could make there are not for a minimum amount 💸💸 ok it is understood that this is optional but for security or convenience you carry your card, better carry cash 👎 👎💸 I guess the idea of this store is to win or win regardless of the '' customer '' service. And not to mention 🙄🤨 the shipping costs 🧐👎👎 are exaggerated and abusive.

Terrible experience, after depositing the transaction they took a week just to inform me that they were not making trips to Tlaxcala; Also, when requesting the refund of my money, they demanded the payment of 10% of the transaction for cancellation, despite the fact that it was the company that did not fulfill the contract. Take care of your money, you may lose it.
