The business is managed by Carmela, a woman from the Sierra de Petatlán, who produces her own fresh cheese, which is a delight. The tradition in Petatlán has taught us to ask for golden tacos in various terms; golden, medium or soft, red or white, with broth or dried. The enchiladas here are served "golden and extended" unlike other places that are rolled up. But yes, the taste is unique. Being a local dinner, do not expect luxury, comfort or fast service.
