Las Palmas Luxury Villas

If rest and relaxation are your goals, Las Palmas is the place to be. My spouse and I wanted to spend a few days lounging in a hammock on the beach and that's exactly what we did. We stayed in a beachfront 1 bedroom villa that had its' own private "yard" and plunge pool - we didn't think we would use the plunge pool as much as we did! Our room was oversized with great decor, a comfortable modern bed and outdoor shower. The downsides to the beachfront villa could be that you don't have the opportunity to cook your own meals as there is no kitchen, as well as the "unwanted guests" that visited our room at night (scorpion, spiders, beetles, geckos...) As for the grounds, they were fabulous. The pool was the cleanest I've seen and had spectacular views of the ocean. The service by the pool and beach was fantastic. Very attentive, warm and friendly - in fact, the service over all at Las Palmas is a 10/10. The beach - which was the reason we chose this resort- was stunning and goes on for miles. The ocean waves are big, but you can still play in the surf and the water is clear and warm. Las Palmas had a great beach set up with lounge chairs, swings and bali beds. I noticed not many of the other resorts on Playa Blanca had much on the beach. The restaurant was great - fresh (think catch of the day) and inventive menu, but VERY expensive. Las Palmas is a special place. Even with the few setbacks I mentioned, we enjoyed a 5 star experience and can't wait to return.

Such an amazing place. Everyone here is more than helpful, the surroundings are more than you can ask for and the beach is QUIET!!! Close to the airport but no noise from it. Close to some amazing places for food. Would come back again and again!

Las Palmas is a beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff. If you need a quiet getaway this is just the spot. Going into town for lunch, walking and shopping was a quick taxi ride. Everything about the experience was delightful!

Wow, this place is magical, I cannot wait to come back! I whole-heartedly recommend this property if you are looking for a secluded, beachfront getaway… great for couples or families with kids. Our vacation home was just a few steps from the 9-mile long beach of soft sand, warm and mild ocean waters to swim. The room was very spacious and comfortable, service from the many staff I encountered was always warm & friendly, the property amenities are impeccably maintained and each of my many meals on property were delicious. Their "Barefoot Luxury" tagline could not be more appropriate.
