They helped us by running a scanner to the car and didn't charge anything. Fantastic experience. We were on holidays and their help was largely appreciated!

It took a while for the guy at the counter to even acknowledge that I was waiting, despite the fact I was standing right in front of him for 5 minutes. Finally I just walked up to his counter and asked for some help finding an oil filter. He just told me that he did not have it and left the front desk. So I did a search in his computer, (he wasn't willing to look for it, so I did it myself) found the part number I needed and went to the auto parts store next door and bought one.
