The first day there was no-one that spoke any English, the maid was running the desk, and we checked in the next day. The people try to help.

More or less, there is good care. But the facilities need maintenance, there was no hot water, the cable failed, water leak in the sink. And to finish the stay, the water in the shower ran out.

Of the mojores in Zihuatanejo. It is just a few meters from the beach and the pool is ideal for children. Highly recommended.
