This time I had to because the service provided was exceptional, from the very first appointment all the way to the post surgery follow up chats have been amazing. As a mtf trans patient I was very shy and concerned they wouldn’t understand what I was looking for. However, the staff and physicians are super well educated on the subject and knew exactly what my vision was. The day of the surgery I was little nervous cause I thought it would hurt but I actually just watched tv, relaxed and enjoyed the time I’m there. The recovery time was quick and they were always a text away whenever I had any questions or concerns post transplant during my recovery. After almost a year I’m enjoying a beautiful hairline and a head full of thick and healthy hair. So thrilled. Thanks

Excellent attention, before, during and after the process. They answer all your questions; in my case, there was even a video call with the specialist after the first post-transplant assessment appointment, because I had some concerns about post-procedure care. They do not condition you to the scheduled appointments to which you are entitled, there is always a willingness to attend you. All the staff are very friendly and professional. Its facilities are clean and comfortable. Undoubtedly the best place to perform a hair micro graft at a fair price.

Excellent option for hair transplant, and at a fairly affordable price. I had no acquaintance who had had a hair graft and who could recommend where to go, so I set out to find the best option myself; because I wanted to go with the best in Mexico. I looked for reviews of all the clinics and doctors, I made calls, they gave me budgets and everyone sought to sell themselves as the best, as the option I was looking for. So I decided to listen to my instinct and look not only for someone who sold themselves as the best, but also for who gave importance to my time and my person, because if they valued me as a client from the beginning, they would value my process and give it the care and the necessary importance; not only to sell me and then forget about me, but they would give continuity and importance to my entire process to obtain the best results. And I was not mistaken. My first approach was via telephone with the assistant, who sought - in a very friendly and polite manner - to resolve my doubts at all times. Then I had a face-to-face appointment and was surprised by the warmth and treatment of all the staff, the doctors and the assistants who make you feel at home from the moment you walk through the door. I arrived with many doubts and fears about the procedure and the doctors gave me the necessary time to explain and clarify any of my concerns, speaking truthfully at all times, speaking about the results that would be obtained if I took the necessary care.
