Awesome!!

Es un fraude residencial stampa !! No compren aquí, no sirve la administración la cambian cada 2 meses los elevadores no funcionan ,no tenemos tomande agua , por lo que parcks no la realizo, entonces siempre tienen que pedir pipas de agua llevamos 3 años sin solución de la constructora, no realizo toma de agua, nada funciona funciona, además apesta el estacionamiento a drenaje o fosa séptica porque resulta que tienen un carcamo, y en ocasiones bombeando el agua al drenaje común, esta fuera de lo legal !!!Fraude total,

Their customer service is DEPLORABLE, they have 0% trained people from other countries, they don't even know about the documentation in Mexico, you offer to pay them 6 months in cash and even then they ask for your birth certificate to make a contract. You have to be behind them so that they send you information, their legal department is never there, they are not interested in renting or selling at all; They DO NOT know how to identify potential clients. In short, lack of training for their real estate agents.

Do not buy at Stampa, I repeat DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE of buying at Stampa. I have lived here for a year, everything is pure beautiful facade, but NOTHING works, there are no amenities (closed or in eternal repair), THE WORST THING IS NO WATER, they have to come almost daily to refill cisterns, BUT THE MOST TERRIBLE are the constant management changes that are rude, pushy and with the worst attention to the public. I REPEAT DO NOT MAKE AN ERROR OF INVESTING HERE!

Everything is very nice, but everything is closed. The strategy against COVID is the same "close everything, keep charging the same." Well almost everything is closed, except the construction that makes noise from Monday to Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. In short, nice place, no amenities, with a fee, and a lot of noise all the time every day.
