The worst experience I have had with a car manufacturer, and in this case we are talking about a "Premium" Good cars, but when they have a problem, you can have the worst experience you can imagine. Buy and pay by car "A", and received car "B". The customer service manager says that if it is not in writing and recorded they will not respect it. And they also cannot correct the problem, because that is done only in Sweden. The question is, then, why do they advertise it on their page and why do their sellers confirm it? Do you consider your Volvo page as something in writing? Now I am trying to sell a very nice car THAT DOES NOT SERVE my purposes and is not what I asked for. You buy a Volvo thinking that you have the support of the Swedish automaker giant, and in reality you realize that you are on your own. Sweden tells you to fix it with your dealer (You can believe it). The experience went from bad to worse this past week when they said they would fix the problem when PROFECO made the first call. 1.- They said that the option would be confirmed on Wednesday (and it did not happen) two-. They said it would be ready on Thursday (And it didn't happen) 3.- They said it would be ready on Friday (And it didn't happen). and in the end after going to see them, they tell me they don't know when it will be, if it remains, although they have already sent this in writing. Volvo responds that if you do not have it in writing, it does not count, and although it is in writing it is so difficult to resolve a situation with them. I just hope this nightmare ends soon. The Worst Experience I have ever had with a car maker, specially when this is considered a "Premium" .. Good Cars, but when it is problem, you could get the worst experience you could imagine. I bought and Paid "Car A". and I was delivered "Car B" and the customer service Manager from Mexico City is telling me that if it was not written or recorded, they will not support or honor it. , and they cannot deliver Car B, because it is only configured in Sweden ... So what ... Why was this then promised by Volvo Mexico's agency, and your Volvo Web page ..? .. Do you consider your web page as a written offer?, I have also the conversations with them and the sales person. I am now trying to sell a beautiful Car B that I did not order, because Volvo cannot do anything else. Mexico is saying the plant does not support them on these matters .. Can you believe this ..? you buy a Volvo thinking it is the support from the Giant and prestigious manufacturer, behind, but in reality you are on your own ... Proceeding with the respective consumer authority to complete the process, who already saw and consulted the web page with the respective offer. Please check also the comment posted on Volvo Car Corporation. Experience went from Bad to Worst this past week. After ´profeco called them, they said they would work on the alternatives to resolve the problem. 1.- They said they would have final alternatives on Wednesday, Did not happen two,. They said they then would have it on Thursday: Nothing Happened again 3.- They said they would have it on Friday: Nothing happened again, and then Friday they say they do not know when, and they are not even sure it will happen. This is how VOLVO responds to a customer who purchased a premium car .. and of course, since they said that if it is not written does not count, I have it documented. is this they way I expect to do business with a company like this ...? It is not they way I want to do it, and I will never buy a Volvo again. Just hoping this nightmare will end soon.

WITH ALL THE SUPPORT OF THE BRAND, VOLVO HAS THE BEST CARS THAT ARE EVNEDNE IN MEXICO'S CITY. VERY EXPENSIVE MAINTENANCE, GOOD SERVICE.

Buy an s60 in San Ángel. Terrible car It is simply taking apart. Battery change three times in less than a year and a half. Antifreeze kidney with fissure. Air conditioning engine change. Change of engine support. Transmission clutch Unusable gasoline pump Power mirrors not working Bullet change badly done Never have parts Your warranty is useless they never have parts. All services performed in agency. Now continue with problem in another engine mount. The change of gasoline pump did not help, it still sounds. The car vibrates more than a vw Sedan. And now just a piece of the bottom of the car that sounds when passing a stop. Those interested in buying Volvo. They don't get into unusable car problems. I invite you to go to any service center to talk with the owners who unfortunately bought this brand.

There is no after-sales service - they canceled the Puebla workshop without notice - and the telephone service is 110% useless. For "premium" cars, subprime after sales. I never come back, Volvo!
