I thought the service was excellent, they were very kind and the best thing was that they checked my car in half an hour or so. Then they gave me an offer and I really liked that when I accepted, the payment came to my bank account in a couple of hours. Super recommendable!

We got an appointment online and took a van to the Cuajimalpa facility on a Saturday. They were very formal to propose an offer or define within a period of 72 business hours, that is, the following Wednesday. That deadline expired a week ago. Since then we have communicated three times without any results. They specify that they will communicate by phone but they do not, they argue that they call and there is no answer, but there is no record of such calls. You also have email but none have been received. We thought from the comments that the service was more professional.

A good option if you want to sell your car quickly, but if you want more money, better go to a private person, but they don't lower that much either.
