The reception protocol is terrible, although it is not a high quality hospital, it is useless to make an appointment, you can wait up to an hour and the first contact staff (reception) do not have the preparation to attend to patients.

Good place if you have a minor emergency, but to continue a treatment is a terrible place, because there is only one doctor per shift. It should be noted that when the doctor takes care of you he does it very well, but in the other aspects they have enough opportunities for improvement.

The doctors are good however there is always a nurse who has terrible attention and is always in a bad mood, she has even been rude to several patients.
