An excellent hostel, especially for co-workers, located in the upscale Condesa neighborhood. It's all very new and modern, with excellent bunks (curtain, personal light, power point), baths, showers, kitchen and two large common areas perfect for working or chilling. During my stay, they had wellness events such as yoga for both locals and guests, which was a great experience. Just be aware there are 4 floors with no lift.

I feel at home here. The hostel is beautiful, and so sunny. I love the staff here, one of the most accommodating hostels I've been too. Great location for the metro or walking around to restaurants and cafes.

Probably the best hostel I've stayed in. It's a boutique hostel, very modern and clean, well decorated. The staff is so lovely and conscious, and the energy is great. Would love to go back.

The room was nice but the location of the room was terrible. I thought how wonderful to have a safe haven before work. The new owner shared that he would give me earplugs...as if that is enough for me to sleep. The female owner shared that she did not want me writing a bad review and that she is not a 5 star hotel completely disregarding my concern to sleep or even move me to another room and offering me a full refund. This is disappointing 😕 😒 😔. I was so upset with their secretary's behavior, I had to record it and in a culture of calling out, we must be honest. They were disrespectful to where all three were giving me different options, no money, half only, and full the first time I shared my concern and a second and third it was annoying. I had been there 1.5 hours. I have to be honest, the vibe of this place is nice at first glance but it lacks substance. The reviews on booking were right. Save your money and go elsewhere. The witchcraft and new age things make it VERY uncomfortable. My request to sleep is not an unreasonable one. If you come to rest and work this is NOT the spot for you. At all. You will not get rest, the rooms have no desks and the small tables fixed outside are in a very noisy area upstairs. The chi and flow is not good and although the owner tried to make things right, her staff ruined the experience to write this review. They gave me half my money and sent me off. Let's be honest, nice decorations cannot cover up a lack of customer service.dollar tree, McDonald's, Coach,and North Face are customer service based. This place is not good and I am writing only to help you save your money and go to where people treat you best.

Hola! The hotel was really good, clean and with enough place, has a good location, polite and friendly workers, amazing terrace with kitchen. The only one moment we would like to change is having tv in the room. I dont know about all the hotel, but our room didn't have tv and it felt kinda lonely and quietly.
