Would not recommend this place. Concierge on C Piso was never there. Had to always wait to get to room. Not cleaned very well. Limited on toilet paper and soap - one roll and one soap per room only!

Location is good and our room had a great view. That said, the room was not clean, towels and sheets were stained, and the 'security system' was seriously flawed. You have stop at the 2nd, C, floor everytime you go up or down in the elevator to have the desk staff release the elevator to continue to the upper floor and even to go down to the ground floor. This would be ok if the staff was there but half the time there was no one there so we're were stuck on that floor...cant go back up, can't go down to get out. The beds were comfy but the sheets didn't fit right so you woke up in the middle of the night with everything untucked. For the price they charged us it was not with us. Several of our group moved to another hotel.

The location is a little bit hide making difficult to find. Rooms are good and comfy with a nice kitchen and bathroom. But the prices are a little too much for the kind of room you get

Regular attention, good privacity, no breakfast or restaurant at the hotel. The location is near for interest places... Good for one night no more

It not great and is a little hard to find, however, people is really nice and kind, and high value. Those two things overcome the issues
