Terrible attention You arrive early to do paperwork, there is not a single client, they give us a turn so that people can start arriving and pass them before !! That because our procedure is "delayed" and that is why they pass to the "easy ones". Lousy service and I repeat, lousy attention.

They have the perfect formula to lose potential clients. An hour and a half to be attended, six desks and only two employees to serve customers and everything to end with that to request a credit card they are asked (as if they were different entities) to attach three cta statements to verify income , which is not specified in the requirements on your page. Since I only had two, well, you can't. I mail the vouchers to the executive and sign the application. You agree to let me know the next business day the amount of the credit you could give me and the type of card. Today, three days later and with a reminder email in between, without any news. And with all that inefficiency, how profitable their businesses are. How????
