Being a foreign user of the UPA, I liked why it is in front of the facilities, it is relevant to take into account, that it is not a tourist hotel, since it is more for users or relatives of the hospital facilities. As an additional comment I recommend you bring your personal toiletries as well as a water bottle and base if they require it. In my case I stayed in a room with 2 double beds, they provided me with: 2 bath soaps, 1 toilet paper, 2 towels, the room had a screen, a fan and the beds with 2 pillows, bed sheet, duvet and 2 blankets .
