Cinépolis Gran Terraza Coapa

Amazing place. The venue is new and the mall is superb. Elegant , clean and beautiful. The cinépolis complex is very big and they have the VIP experience that is very comfortable and with excellent food options.

Friendly service, but they had to ask for our order once more ( they forgot what we ordered). The popcorn was cold, the mango tea way too sweat and the icecream had ice crystals. Also think the screen is way too high. The Cinépolis in Acoxpa is much better.

Good but premium service was slow
