I made an online order to this store, without prior notice they canceled half of my order, which I had calculated so that I would pay a shipment, the page is supposed to show you the availability they have in store, however they modified my order as they felt like it. In the end with his grace I ended up paying 100 pesos just for a few cotton pads (the cost of this plus the shipping), they will only refund the money for the canceled products and they tell me that they will refund you from 15 to 30 days, they did not offer me any solution and they basically scrubbed me. I could never be contacted at his service number and the only way to contact him is a WhatsApp number in which a bot attends you almost all the time. I had bought before without fights but now I was really disappointed.
