Do NOT use this company. Myriam and Sandra should find a different line of work because this is just not their thing. My brother got in touch with them through a wedding expo and hired them to plan the logistics of the destination wedding. WORST. SERVICE. EVER. I honestly do not understand how they remain in business. They do not keep track of anything accurately, are unresponsive and just the worse at their job. At 1 point it took them literally 10 days to finally confirm 1 room with 2 guests. 10 days!!! And that was with me reminding them every single day that I needed this room booked. They are a cheap option for a reason. Save yourself the pain and headache that it is to deal with these people and go with a different company.

Not a star deserves. The worst service and the worst attention. Don't leave your money in the hands of people so you're just looking to take advantage of people. specifically Myriam and Sandra managed the studio I lived in for a year and were always looking for ways to overcharge me. The first month I paid 250 pesos of water living alone and going out on the weekends. According to them it was because the cost of water was divided among all the residents. They never wanted to show me the water bill, but the next month it was only 175. I spent a year living there and at the end of my contract I left because they were unbearable. I left and left the study clean and with painted walls, a new shower curtain and a new rainshower type shower and they did not return my deposit because they had to spend 15 days (I do not know why if everything was paid) and so they passed and passed the days. Don't even think about traveling with them either. The worst prices for i to Cuba and the worst worst worst care.
