Today I went to the civil registry of Fresnillo to get a birth certificate for my mother and everything normal, but I asked how much a certificate would come out for me being registered in Guadalajara, and they told me that at $ 273, I do not understand why if in Guadalajara ee , I took minutes from here in Fresnillo and they told me that if they appear in the database or the system if they can give it to me, and in normal price but here in Fresnillo they are passed if it is local it costs $ 73.00 pesos but if it is foreign $ 273.00 pesos are 200 pesos more are spent.
