They did not attend to me. According to why I had to make an appointment online, I kindly asked him with my phone in hand and with the SAT page open that they will show me the steps to do it. THEY MUST EXPLAIN HOW TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT I HAVE TAKEN ALL AFTERNOON TRYING TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND IF I APPEAR IN PERSON, THEY DO NOT HELP ME UNTIL I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. THEY DO THIS TO NOT WORK OR I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE END, I AM FROM OUTSIDE AND I SPENT A PASSAGE $ 300 PESOS AND SO THAT THEY DO NOT ATTEND ME, IT IS NOT WORTH
