It is a service crap, we have more than a week reporting a drainage leak in the street and they have not yet come to attend to, we asked them several times if it was necessary to be communicating so much and they answer that yes, what daily the need to generate the report, we have done it daily and they tell us that the same day the repair is left and they never arrive, incompetent staff, poor service and also too expensive for what they offer

They should give their workers manners classes, JIAPAZ's pipe came and one of the workers, an elderly man with a super rude mustache, answered with me and my mother, it is very unpleasant that apart from having more and more lack of water we have to put up with rudeness.

They do not serve anything that we pass punctually the rest if we are not going to have water and we have been without water for a week, aller arrived 15 min and super susia and it is not worth it
