Terrible service and lack of common sense. I bought a cake and while still in the branch I wanted to exchange it for another, (since you cannot enter the branch due to the covid prevention measures and it is perfect, but I do not know how to appreciate it in the same way that when you see it, the payment is took before having it in sight) I had 30sec of having acquired it and I do not know I accept the change. I understand that when the client takes the product home, it is worth handling strict measures because they do not know what could have been done with the product, but not change it just because it has already been marked as output It is illogical and lacking in common sense. This is at the Avenida del Nino branch
