Great dentists. Very clean and professional. Deep cleaning was $30.00 and the cavity was $30 for my daughter and $35 for me. I highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at Imagen Oral!!! Booking over the phone was easy, fluent English speakers who are educated & my appointment was made quickly over the phone & my appointment was just a few days later (call for availability, but this was my experience). The office is hard to miss as it is quite something to look at, a modern building with interesting architectural flares. Alma, the head receptionist, greeted me as I walked in. All covid protocols were in place, there were more than enough stay & all helped in one way or another as I checked in. The interior of the office is beautiful & purple, white & black were the colors I noticed most & I love purple, the waiting room has leather chairs, it’s super clean and modern, yet welcome like the staff. Alma set me up & I she was my point person throughout a few Appokntments I had during one visit with multiple doctors & dentists. Elisa took me to get X-rays and my dental exam & the X-ray machine is state of the art and the pictures from the X-ray showed more of what dental repairs I needed & I could practically read them they were so clear, large and detailed. Then off to Dr Nilsson (she’s super nice, explained everything & interpreters were with me the whole time in case there is a language barrier. I’m from the states and English is my primary language. No problem here)! I saw her twice during my visit for my exam and a procedure. My exam was beyond reasonable, a fraction of what I would pay in the States. The procedure was quick and painless using Novocaine to numb an area with no pain from the needle, she has a delicate touch. Elisa then took me to see their root canal specialist, Dr. Elda. Dr Elda and I will see each other a few more times, as I may have the worst teeth they’ve seen. She had a gentle touch, calmed my nerves and made sure I didn’t suffer during my root canal. I wish I knew her before my previous surgeries, she’s amazing. So beautiful, clean, covid safe building & procedures, gracious and welcoming staff with translators if needed and amazing doctors, what else could one want? Well a low price would be ideal, right? You won’t believe how low their prices are. Alma explained to me every option along with prices long before any of the exams or procedures started. I recommend taking the money you have set aside for your next dentist visit & take a trip down here to Rocky Point & use a fraction of your “dentist” money on the nicest, most thorough & friendliest service I’ve ever found & use those savings to enjoy a mini vacation in one of the most beautiful places in the world!!! I recommend Imagen ORAL this office not only had done of the best doctors and staff...and is very clean and efficient I’ve been a path for years and I’ve never had a bad experience.......the price is super reasonable cheaper then my out of pocket in the United States....if you are looking to have anything done from teeth cleaning to implant this is the place!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So professional and clean. All staff was very friendly and spoke perfect English. Came from Arizona to get all four wisdom teeth removed. I paid $300 for sedation, very worth it. The total was $700, in Arizona I was quoted $3500. I was crying and so nervous for the surgery, it was my first one, but the staff was all super comforting. They were really easy to communicate with through their Facebook page, I recommend asking questions there. I hopefully won't need dental surgery again, but this is where I would go if so!

This is a horrible place, the front desk are very rude and mean people, the dentists working here are incompetent and do not know what they are doing. I have an implant done here starting Feb 2017 and it took almost an year and half for them to put in the crown, which just fractured 3 days later during my anniversary vacation to Kauai, the whole implant process is long and painful for me, during which I told the dentist several times that there could be infection where the implant is because there is foul smell and bad taste coming from there constantly and he just brushed it off. Finally I decided to take a second opinion from another dentist in Arizona, and sure indeed, there is infection inside the bone and the implant is not even fixed in but moving around, the dentist even said there is pus coming out the gum. Now I have to remove the implant, put in bone graft and have the implant redone. I told this office the new situation and ask for a full refund because of the terrible work they have done and all the pain and suffering I am going through. They just flat refused, saying if I am working with another dentist, they will not refund any money. I told them because they refuse to address the infection issue that's why I went to another dentist. So here is my advice to you, this place maybe save you a couple of bucks now, but all the pain, their attitudes and their non-professionalism is not worth it. I have started the process of redoing the implant in Arizona and contacted a lawyer in Arizona to file a legal suit against this office. In the end I may not get my money back but I want to warn people who are thinking of going there so you won't suffer the same fate.
