NEFASTA the attitude of the receptionist !! I called just in time to resolve a possible misunderstanding after seeing on the ticket that the entire package was not charged for that I requested that they complete with my file. It wasn't even a problem because it wasn't sent to the office yet. My call was, first to ask and second to fix it in case there was an error. BUT!!! the receptionist lady is more interested in making it very clear that there was no mistake on her part than in focusing on a solution. After explaining to me 4 times what I already know (that is, treating me like a fool), OF COURSE he pulled the plug on me. They record the calls says. I hope it's true because whoever listens to me will also listen to her.

Nefarious and bad receptionist attitude when receiving clients who are going to request a service, I thought it was just me🙄, but there are quite a few comments with the same problem, we hope a change, if you do not like your work, let someone else use it. If you are interested, it also makes the business look bad.

Very bad service and bad attitude of the receptionist. For three days I was requesting you will send me an x-ray by mail, it still does not arrive to me. I hope someone can do something to improve their services.
