Good customer service, rooms are clean and prices are fair.

Bad service. It does not have the necessary hygiene. The offer was not valid when we booked, that is, we had 3 breakfasts and only 2 were valid, we had to pay the third, being that when we booked that offer was in the Hotels.com application.
If you are looking for a hotel it is fine, but nothing new.
The price should be cheaper for what they offer, the staff DOES NOT use face masks, there are no hygiene measures, the beds are very uncomfortable.
