In the first months of each year, there is an agglomeration of taxpayers at the cash registers of payment, to be fulfilled and punctual in the payment of their respective taxes and, many have enough patience to spend one, two or even three hours waiting in line, to satisfactorily fulfill your tax obligation. This shows that there is an urgent need to update and modernize the tax collection system, to shorten the time and unnecessary paperwork currently requested.

Terrible attention, the workers are laughing and laughing behind the window, it is a huge disrespect for the taxpayer, who while they are serving us are telling and telling jokes and only laugh and laugh at the same time, the young man goes out to take pictures to my car and greeting the world, it takes 20 minutes to take 3 photos to the car. 😤

On Saturday I had a bad experience, I was one of the first to renew the license and when they opened the office it turned out that the three people who would cover that area did not arrive, my procedure was ready two hours later although the guard employees never arrived and covered them a person who was discovering how to use the licensing module of the paperwork system. The guard and the plaque area were friendly and fast, including who covered the falteres, so I don't just put a star.
