I would have given 2 stars if they had adequately addressed a False Advertising issue but they lack basic competence. Picture below shows prices of items out of place so that customers are tricked into paying more. When I brought this to the attention of the girl in charge, she stated that customers must carefully read the names that are in small print and match it to the product. I, like many convenience store customers, was in a rush and just saw the price and grabbed 2 and paid for them. Checking the receipt I noticed they overcharged for each tea and I wanted to return the items. There was no point for me in them issuing me a refund as they had tarnished the trust. Instead of giving me a refund for the items that were paid for in cash, they proceeded to berate me trying to place the blame on me. Since the lady said she could not issue a refund and that I needed to return the next day and speak with Julio (top store manager), I simply left taking the items with me. I really wish Julio reads this and that he gives proper training to his staff on how to deal with customer returns. Also, giving employees authority to issue refunds without the need to speak to the head manager would be a PLUS. Unfortunately, this is the last time I will stop at this store. Instalaciones muy sucias. Fui a comprar café y los casos sucios estaban puestos para volverlos a utilizar llenos de desperdicios. El área de café salpicada.
