Terrible service, nobody attends you, they do not explain how your order is, you ask for help and they send you to sit and wait, when there are no people I am new to this bank but this branch well earned its 1.6 rating! Someone do something, Santander ?!

Terrible service, the attention of the executives is very bad and their training is the worst, especially the executive named Daniel, who offers services with benefits that are not possible and always ends up giving you excuses, just like his partner who I don't know her name but she's always rude and unwilling to attend.

The idea is to give them zero stars. In this branch the telephones never answer, they are always very slow and most of the executives attend you reluctantly. I will take my account to the Himno branch where they like their work.
