I would not give it a single star, but before they had good vets who did take good care of other dogs that I and my family took 4 to 5 years ago. Now they don't have good service. My mother took her dog for some pain, and they did X-rays, and they told him that he had to stay hospitalized to operate on him, but they did not specify the situation well, nor did they show him or give him his X-rays, and they were going to take him out until the next day analysis. We had to take him to another veterinarian, where they treated him better and took his tests and in a few hours they had results, they gave us follow-up and treatment in a friendly and timely manner. Which was not in Zeebra. Another person who was at the vet where we went later, corroborated this type of bad treatment. I hope you can review what happens and improve this terrible service and very high costs. Where it seems that they care more about money than the welfare of animals.

The staff are really friendly and they seem to really care about the little dogs. Although it is not the cheapest place, the attention they give you, the information and the well-kept facilities are worth it.
