Today, October 7, I went to the pharmacy to have the device changed and the person who attended me told me that I could not change the device because it worked correctly when I put batteries from another brand. I told him that the oximeter device did not give me security and that I wanted him to change it to which he flatly refused. Based on my experience, I recommend not purchasing medical devices from these businesses.
