Terrible patient care !!! 1- the doctor had very strong Leo Dan music. 2- A nurse and a friend of the doctor entered the office at the same time that she was treating me, they got into gossip while the doctor gave me an ultrasound for pregnancy. 3- at no time did the doctor take the time to explain to me how the baby was developing, since the gossip was more interesting. 4- at the end he only told me that the baby was fine and to go to reception for the results 😡 The patient pays for the consultation so they deserve that their time with the doctor is pleasant, respectful and above all private without more staff inside the office !!!! Too bad they have the best technology but such poor service and patient care !!!

In my wife's office, she was informed of the results of her gynecological studies with a positive outlook and that she did not suffer any type of problem, two weeks later she had other studies done elsewhere and it turned out that she had several cysts that caused pain. and a serious uncertainty.
